- Management Consultant (Ref. MCS-JC)
Scope: Participate in various projects that focus on the support of business enterprises and organizations that require the formulation, evaluation and action upon critical decisions that affect their current standing and future development.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation of various projects in the fields of strategic and business planning, organizational and operational design, organizational restructuring and transformation, capacity building and institutional strengthening, change program management, etc.;
- Collaborate with PLANET experts and client’s personnel to achieve engagement objectives;
- Undertake simple and clearly defined project tasks with a significant degree of independence;
- Collect and analyze information specific to the client industry/ conduct client interviews to identify client needs and to determine relative position in the industry;
- Research and apply best practices and benchmark knowledge to support development or improvement of processes;
- Understand and apply appropriate Planet methods or recognized equivalent in completing assignments.
Required Skills:
- University degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (postgraduate degree in at least one of the above fields Business-related fields is preferable);
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the field of management consulting;
- Problem solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including narrative, visual, and data analysis using PowerPoint and Excel;
- Ability to interact as part of a highly motivated team; multi-tasking personality;
- Ability to prioritize and plan to effectively achieve goals and to be dependable in consistently delivering reliable results within deadlines;
- Ability to travel and work abroad for short term periods;
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both Greek and English;
- Demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, quality and integrity
