• Senior Management Consultant (Ref. MCS-SC)

Scope: Participate in various projects that focus on the support of business enterprises and organizations that require the formulation, evaluation and action upon critical decisions that affect their current standing and future development.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation of various projects in the fields of strategic and business planning, organizational and operational design, organizational restructuring and transformation, capacity building and institutional strengthening, change program management, etc.; may lead small to medium scale projects;
• Collaborate with PLANET experts and client’s personnel to achieve engagement objectives;
• Collect and analyze information specific to the client industry/ conduct client interviews to identify client needs and to determine relative position in the industry;
• Research and apply best practices and benchmark knowledge to support development or improvement of processes;
• Leverage knowledge or prior experience to synthesize findings and to develop and present alternatives and recommendations;
• Understand and apply appropriate Planet methods or recognized equivalent in completing assignments;
• Proactively manage and consistently meet client expectations to ensure that approaches and solutions fit with overall engagement objectives.

Required Skills:

• University degree in Management, Engineering Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (postgraduate degree in at least one of the above fields Business-related fields is preferable);
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the field of management consulting;
• Project management track record;
• Profound business analytical skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including narrative, visual, and data analysis using PowerPoint and Excel;
• Evidence of building and maintaining relationships with customers in a challenging and fast paced environment;
• Ability to work on own initiative and interact as part of a highly motivated team; multi-tasking personality;
• Ability to travel and work abroad for short term periods;
• Ability to prioritize and plan to effectively achieve goals and to be dependable in consistently delivering reliable results within deadlines;
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both Greek and English;
• Demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, quality and integrity
