PLANET S.A. is preparing a proposal for an EU funded project with the title “Support to Civil Code – Phase 2“ in Kosovo and the purpose of this contract is to continue EU support to the modernization and harmonization of the legal framework on civil matters in line with Acquis, European Standards and international best practices and support implementation of a new Civil Code.

In this context, PLANET S.A. is looking for a qualified professional for the Property Law Expert position with the following qualifications:

Qualification and skills:
• A Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Law;
• A Master and/or PhD in Law is considered as an advantage;
• Excellent drafting skills in English;
• Excellent drafting skills in Albanian;
• Drafting skills in Serbian languages is considered an advantage.

General professional experience:
• Minimum 7, preferably 10 years of professional experience as lawyer, legal professional or judge/prosecutor.

Specific professional experience:
• Experience in working in at least 1 donor funded project or as staff in an international organization on property rights reform. Such experience gained in Kosovo is considered an advantage.
